After you submit your application and payment, the process begins immediately. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds once payment has been confirmed.

3. Payment Failure

In case of a failed transaction (e.g., amount deducted but not confirmed), please contact your bank or payment provider. If we receive the payment without confirmation, we will verify and resolve it within 5–7 business days.

4. Duplicate Payment

If any duplicate payment occurs due to technical issues, please contact us immediately with payment details. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7 working days.
